Mental Health and Job-Related Shootings

This article from the San Fransico Chronicle comments about three job-related shootings that have occured within a few months time. Is too much stress in the workplace causing people to open fire and shot other co-workers?

  1. It seems violence has become an acceptable form of communicating frustration in our country. Whether work violence, suicide, or political oppinion. We need to do something to help people communicate in a more effective manner. I would love to see a media peice this. Even work places that have systems to help employees tend not to advertise them effectively to their employees.
